World of Warcraft Priests are the most powerful healing class in the game. Priests can resurrect other players and they are needed by every group in the game, meaning that it is very easy to find a group. The roll of a priest is of course to mend and heal the other group members while not necessarily doing a lot of damage. Although the priest is the main healer of any group the priest also has a dark side. Priests are given the ability to gain shadow magic. A shadow priest can do a considerable amount damage if they used correctly. Shadow priests can excel in Player vs. Player combat as well. Shadow priests also have the ability to charm and control other players and humanoids in world of Warcraft using Mind Control which controls a humanoids mind. Priests also have the ability to fade from combat discouraging creatures from attacking them for a certain period of time. Most of the time a priests greatest weapon are their healing spells, Lesser Heal, Heal, Greater Heal, Flash Heal, Prayer of Healing, and renew are the priests main weapons while fighting in a group. Priests are trained in discipline, giving them the ability of power words like Shield and Fortitude. Even though priests are limited to just cloth armor, a combination of spells and abilities will ensure that you will not have to come face to face with any sort of danger. Priests are the standard healers of any group and sought out by groups everywhere.
