A Strategy Guide in WOW could be the most useful thing in the Game. It is basically a collection of different aspects of the game put into one large booklet or electronic webpage. This World of Warcraft Strategy Guide normally goes from the start of the game all the way to the games end.
In the beggning the Strategy Guide will first tell you how to create a player. You will be shown the character selection screen and they will tell you each of the multiple classes of the game and how they will help you. It will have you first pick the horde or the alliance. Normally you will be told the pros and cons to each, but with new updates in the game it becomes less and less relevant to pick either one as they are exaclty the same.
The WOW Strategy Guide will then go into quests and leveling. Most of the time it will show you how to levle up from 1 to level 20 or so with just quests. This will give you a basic understanding of the game and allow you to actually participate in the many aspects World of Warcraft has for you.
The final part of a World of Wacraft Strategy Guide will be to show you the special parts. These would be the raids and battlegrounds as it stands. Each one of these has a different function. Most likely you will be explained how a Raid works with multiple other players and the rewards of doing one.
After learning about a raid you will be introduced to the battlegrounds which many players think are the best aspects of the WOW. The battlegrounds are where you and fellow horde or alliances characters depending on what side you choose, go and attack the opposing faction. If you win you gain tokens that you can cash in later to make your player all the stronger.

The plants have been VERY buggy lately, if you cleanse it, it will respawn cleanse. The longest I have seen one bugged for was 3 hours.
