Tauren might be very large powerful fighters, but they have not always been one of evil. The Tauren started out as a very peaceful tribal race. They kept to them selves and lived in Mulgore, a strong vegetation land.
The Tauren’s where very peaceful but one day the Centaurs attack the Taurens and near eliminated them. The Tauren’s had no place to turn to but the Orcs and formed an alliance with them. With the Orcs help the Taurens managed to push back and defeat the Centaurs.
After their battle the Orcs called on their alliance with the Taurens to help them fight against the alliance. This battle put the Tauren and the side of the horde in the minds of all. Despite their peaceful nature they are forced to become a strong warrior race in order to survive and honor alliances they have made.
If you select the Taurens your starting location will be Camp Narache, Mulgore. The classes available to the Tauren are: Warrior, Druid, Hunter, and Shaman. Taurens do not have a starting basic mount, but they do have the ability for extreme burst of speed. This feature is otherwise known as Plains Running.
Two of the Taurens allies in the fight against the horde are the World of Warcraft Trolls and the World of Warcraft Undead. The Tauren though do not fully trust either of these 2 as they believe once an opportunity arises to take over all the horde they will go for it. Unlike the Undead to the Tauren may select the World of Warcraft Druid class.
Racial Traits
War Stomp - active Activate to stun up to 5 opponents within 8 yards - lasts 2 sec - 2 min cool down
Endurance - passive Max Health increased by 5%
Cultivation - passive 15 skill bonus to Herbalism
Nature Resistance - passive All Tauren get +10 Nature Resistance

Next time you are at the enemy flag and you are alone (no resistance) pick up their flag, drop, pickup , drop as fast as you can. Most time it will duplicate into 2 flags. Also works if you are stuck in a hunter ice trap at their flag. When it does dupe, once someone picks it up, there will still be a second flag there for your team to grab.
Again, spam the drop and pickup as fast as you can. (right click the flag 'buff' to drop)
